Dr. Dib Saab

Dr. Dib Saab

Dr Saab was born in Lebanon, a Francophone country. He received his Master of arts in general Philosophy and Psychology, in French and in Arabic language from the Lebanese University, College of Education. He then pursued a Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction at Wayne State University.

Dr. Saab is a part time instructor for French and Arabic language courses at WCCCD. He has also taught English as a Second Language, ESL for 22 years in the Detroit Public Schools.

Dr. Saab has a passion to serve the students and community by making education the first goal in life. His passion for teaching is transparent in his dedication for his classes and his patience and understanding towards his students.

Dr Saab has been teaching the Beginner French Class and the Intermediate French Class for about ten years and he is beloved and appreciated by all students. He is a member of the AFGP community and attends our events regularly.

Mme Nagham Makhoul
Mme Nagham Makhoul

Mrs. Makhoul was born in Lebanon and grew up in a Francophone environment. She received her Masters in Arts in French Language and Literature from a reputable French university, USEK and subsequently obtained a Masters in Education Science from the Lebanese University.

Mrs. Makhoul has twenty years of experience in teaching different levels of French, including college and adult education. She is an expert in developing and implementing curricula for students from all ages and backgrounds. 

Mrs. Makhoul prides herself in being a self-motivated and dedicated French Teacher, with a passion for promoting cultural literacy.

As a founder of an NGO, she enjoys helping others and serving the community, and is looking forward to being part of the Alliance Française de Grosse Pointe.
